Thai massage
Thai massage is worked through loose cotton clothing, so there is no undressing and no oil. The therapist uses palms, thumbs, elbows and their own body weight to press along the lines of the body, and moves you through stretches you would not manage alone.
It is the most active of the nine. If you want to be left feeling loosened rather than lulled, this is the one to book, and it is the lowest priced session on the list.
